Why do we need a store policy ?
The purpose of this store policy is to provide a clear guidelines on how we conduct business at Lalinda.ca. It sets expectations for behavior and outlines procedures for returns and exchanges, which can prevent misunderstandings and disputes. Lastly, it provides essential information on shipping and payment methods, which can streamline the purchasing process and enhance your shopping experience on our website

Searching for a product

To explore our website, you can :

  • Select the products category from the menu situated at the top the page.

  • Sort and filter products lists using the "sort" and "filter" options situated on each category page. 

  • Use the search functionality to look for a product  by name or brand

 

Selling Prices

  • ​Prices listed on our website indicate the unit price of each product.

  • For some products:

    • The selling price might be different by selected size or colour. 

    • The lowest price will be displayed

  • When applicable, extra discounts for bulk purchases will automatically be calculated at the checkout  

  • The displayed comparison price indicates the average regular retail price of the same product advertised by a competitor in Ontario and is expressed in Canadian dollars​

  • We reserve the right to modify the selling price of any product at any time.

Listing errors

  • Listing errors are incorrect details about the product in item listings. 

  • Some of the product details that may contain errors are: 

    • The item’s price

    • The images or description (color, size, features, etc.)

    • Quantity or what’s included

  • If we catch a listing error while processing your order, we'll contact you to let you know and suggest a solution

    • If needed, we might cancel your order. Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do, but it may be necessary when we find listings with incorrect details.

    • If we need to cancel your order, we'll contact you  with the reason for cancellation.

    • We reserve the right to cancel item(s) and orders in accordance with our store policy

Out of Stock items

Unfortunately, sometimes an item may show available when you place an order, but by the time we process the order, the item is no longer in stock. If this happens, we'll contact  you to let you know that we canceled the item or the order. We restock items as quickly as we can.

Free Gifts with Purchases

  • When applicable, customers can select one (1)  free gift for each order over $30 before taxes​​​ and excluding delivery fees

  • We reserve the right to :

    • Allow certain group of customers to select more than 1 gift 

    • Add extra gifts  not listed on our website to the client's order 

    • Ignore extra gift selected by the client and deliver 1 gift only with the order 

    • Replace the select gift with another one of similar value if the request gift is no longer available​

    • Update the gift selection and categories with no prior notice 

Sales tax

Sales tax will be calculated :

  • based the total order after any applied discount

  • Rate applied is Ontarion HST rate

Order pickup & delivery

Our team at Lalinda aim to get your orders ready for pickup and delivery within 48 hours from the time we receive your order

The following are the available shipping methods you can choose during checkout :

Self- pickup : 

  • A minimum order of $30 before taxes is required for this type of fulfillment

  • Once an order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification email 

  • A valid phone number should be provided during checkout as a representative might contact you in order confirm the pickup date and time

  • The pickup location is at our storage facility located at 6005 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, ON L5N0G5 OR as indicated by our representative

  • No additional fees will be added to your cart if the self-pickup method is selected at the checkout 

  • Orders not picked up within 48 hours from the time they are marked ready for pickup will automatically be cancelled.

Local delivery: â€‹

  • ​Orders with amount below $20 cannot be delivered

  • Depending on the delivery address :

    •  A minimum order amount (before taxes) is required 

    • Delivery fees might apply.

  • Please refer to the 2 tables below to identify :

  • Once an order is processed and ready to be delivered, you will receive a notification email 

  • A valid phone number should be provided during checkout as a representative might contact you in order confirm the delivery date and time

  • Our team can deliver your orders 7 days a week between 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

​Delivery Fees​

  • Delivery fees depend on both the order total amount before taxes and the delivery zone.

  • Delivery fees will not be displayed during checkout but will be manually added ​by our representative after placing your order.

  • Please note that  :

    • In the table below, N/A indicates that orders within the range (Order total Before Taxes)  cannot be delivered if the address is located in the (Zone)

    • If you place an order that we cannot deliver (marked as N/A in the table below)  , we will contact you to let you know and discuss the possibility for you to pick it up.

    • Exceptionally, We reserve the right to :

      • Waive or reduce the delivery fees 

      • Deliver orders in the areas marked as "N/A" in the table below

Cancellation, returns & exchange

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within the 2  hours you  from the time you click Submit.

  • To Cancel an order, you can contact us, or use the chat functionality at the bottom of the page to send us a message at any time.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our products are sold at clearance price, therefore they are NOT eligible for returns or exchange, except otherwise indicated

  • If a product is returned, we will either refund you the purchase price of the product including taxes, or exchange it with a product of your choice

  • Local delivery fees  are not refundable

Warranty

  • Some products might be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks from purchase,  if :  

    • They are found defective

    • They have not been intentionally or unintentionally damaged

    • They are in their original packaging â€‹â€‹

  • A label will be displayed indicating that a product is eligible for 2 weeks warranty when applicable

Returns and exchange

Order tracking

Once you place an order, you will receive an email notification once :

  • We receive the order

  • The order is ready for pickup

  • The order is out for delivery

  • The order is delivered or picked up

  • The order is Cancelled

Alternatively, you can track your order by :

  • Go to any of the store pages

  • Scroll down and click on "track order"
