Why do we need a store policy ?

The displayed comparison price indicates the average regular retail price of the same product advirtised by a competitor in Ontario and is expressed in Canadian dollars​

Prices and other listing errors
Listing errors are incorrect details about the product in item listings.
Some of the product details that may contain errors are:

The images or description (color, size, features, etc.)

Quantity or what’s included
If we catch a listing error while processing your order, we'll contact you to let you know and suggest a solution

If needed, we might cancel your order. Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do, but it may be necessary when we find listings with incorrect details.

If we need to cancel your order, we'll contact you with the reason for cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel item(s) and orders in accordance with our store policy

Out of Stock items
Unfortunately, sometimes an item may show available when you place an order, but by the time we process the order, the item is no longer in stock. If this happens, we'll contact you to let you know that we canceled the item or the order. We restock items as quickly as we can.

Free Gifts with Purchases

Customers can select one (1) free gift for each order over $25 before taxes​​​ and excluding delivery fees

Lalinda reserve the right to :

Allow certain group of customers to select more than 1 gift

Add extra gifts not listed on our website to the client's order

Ignore extra gift selected by the client and deliver 1 gift only with the order

Replace the select gift with another one of similar value if the request gift is no longer available​

Update the gift selection and categories with no prior notice

Order pickup & delivery
Our team at Lalinda aim to get your orders ready for pickup and delivery within 48 hours from the time we receive your order
The following are the available shipping methods you can choose during checkout :

Self- pickup :

This method can be used for ALL physical products sold on our website

Once an order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification email

Please note that you need to provide the correct phone number during checkout. We will contact you in order confirm the pickup date and time

The pickup location is at our storage facility located at 6005 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, ON L5N0G5 OR as indicated by our representative

No additional fees will be added to your cart when you select the self-pickup method

Orders not picked up within 48 hours from the time they are marked ready for pickup will automatically be cancelled.

Once an order is processed and ready to be delivered, you will receive a notification email

Delivery can be done from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Orders can be cancelled within the 2 hours you from the time you click Submit. To Cancel an order, you can contact us, or use the chat functionality at the bottom of the page to send us a message at any time.
