Prices listed on our website indicate the unit price of each item. However,  extra discounts for bulk purchases might automatically calculated at the checkout for certain items 

Displayed comparison price is the average regular (not promotional) retail price of the same product sold by a competitor in Ontario and is expressed in Canadian dollars

For transactions paid by debit or credit cards, a processing fee of 2% will automatically be added to the order's total

Our team at Lalinda aim to get your orders ready for pickup and delivery within 24 hours from the time we receive your order

The following are the available shipping methods you can choose during checkout :

Self- pickup : 

  • This method can be used for ALL physical products sold on our website 

  • Once an order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification email 

  • Please note that you need to provide the correct phone number during checkout. We will contact you in order confirm the pickup date and time

  • We sell online only. Therefore, the pickup location is at our storage facility located at 6005 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, ON L5N0G5

  • No additional fees will be added to your cart when you select the self-pickup method

  • In the event you cannot pick up your order on the confirmed date and time, we encourage you to contact us in advance. Orders not picked up within 48 hours from the agreed time will automatically be cancelled.

Local delivery: 

  • This method can be used for ALL physical products sold on our website for orders with a minimum of $10

  • Once an order is processed and ready to be delivered, you will receive a notification email 

  • Please note that you need to provide the correct phone number during checkout. We will contact you in order to schedule the delivery date and time

  • Delivery can be done from Monday to Saturday  between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Addresses located within a limited area of the GTA can be delivered. Please enter your postal code during checkout to determine if delivery is offered for your location

  • Exceptions might be considered for addresses located outside our delivery area. Please contact a representative to discuss it.

  • Delivery fees might be added to your total cart after discounts :

    • No delivery is offered for orders below $10 (before taxes)

    • For orders between 10 and   $49.99​, a delivery fee of $6.95 will be added to the subtotal

    • For orders between $50 and $99.99, a delivery fee of $3.95 will be added to the subtotal

    • No delivery fees for orders above $100

Cancellation, returns & exchange


Hit the Submit Order button before you're ready?  We’ll do our best to help.

Orders can be cancelled within the 2  hours you  from the time you click Submit. To Cancel an order, you can contact us, or use the chat functionality at the bottom of the page to send us a message at any time. Please check your email for the order confirmation email, you will need to provide the order number you want us to cancel.

If your order has been paid online though PayPal and cancelled, then a you will get your money refunded by PayPal.


The following items are final sale and NOT eligible for returns or exchange :

Hair tools can be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks from purchase at the condition that :

  • They are found defective

  • They have not been intentionally or unintentionally damaged

  • They are in their original packaging 

Other products not listed above are eligible for exchange ONLY within 2 weeks from purchase, at condition that : 

  • They have not been used or damaged

  • They are in their original packaging


  • If a product is returned, we will either refund you the amount already paid orsend you a discount coupon that you can use during your next purchase  on our website.  

  • Local delivery fees and third party shipping fees are not refundable 

Returns and exchange

Order tracking

Once you place an order, you will receive an email notification once :

  • We receive the order

  • The order is ready for pickup

  • The order is out for delivery

  • The order is delivered or picked up

  • The order is Cancelled

Alternatively, you can track your order by :

  • Login into your membership area

  • Go to any of the store pages

  • Scroll down and click on "track order"
